Those who are incapacitated may stand trial for their actions in a Dedicated Coliseum Courtroom-style setting, with a center platform floating in the void serving as the venue. Within this coliseum, magic is nullified by reinforcing spells cast by The Founder, ensuring fair proceedings and preventing interference.

As the Original members of The High Council began to pass away, they alone retained knowledge of The Founder’s identity and would convene with them in secret meetings. Successive generations of council members, replacing the deceased, remained unaware of The Founder’s true identity, perpetuating the mystery surrounding them.
To this day, The Founder’s identity remains unknown to all but the The Original 12 Members. Despite countless speculations and inquiries, The Founder’s true nature continues to elude discovery, adding to their mystique and allure.
The Members Above The High Council
The Members Above The High Council are enigmatic figures whose influence extends beyond that of the ordinary High Council members. Their true identities are shrouded in mystery, known only to each other and The Founder. Their word is law within the High Council, overridden only by The Founder themself, whose identity remains unknown, even to them.
There are four seats among these members. The most powerful, Command, holds final authority in decisions, with his word carrying unmatched weight. Though his vote counts as one among the council, his influence is undeniable.
Dark Nova and 422 occupy the remaining two seats, both second only to Command and The Founder. They are beings of immense power, capable of affecting entire starry skies with their actions. Though they are friends of Command, their loyalty to the Council and The Founder is paramount.
The fourth seat remains unoccupied, its vacancy a matter of intrigue and speculation. No one knows who, or what, may one day fill this void, and even the Members Above maintain silence about its significance.
The High Council Members

It is believed that existing members extend invitations to potential candidates, but refusal results in memory erasure of the encounter. Typically comprising powerful individuals from diverse species, they are revered for their wisdom and considered guardians of the Omni-verses. Responsible for addressing existential threats, they collaborate to maintain order and stability. Rarely, interventions from Members above the High Council occur, their selection process and powers remaining unknown.
